I am disappointed in you wizards. All those "professional" card makers, you make this new "relentless rats" type creature, shadowborn apostle, that fetches demons, and you dedicate a mythic rare slot to a demon in the same set, yet the combo between the two is TERRIBLE.
I mean this demon is "cheap to cast" with a drawback. It would cost more mana to "cheat" him out with the apostles. Oh cool I dont have to worry about the "drawback", but I just sacrificed 6 creatures to eat a removal spell. Bravo wizards, didnt realize you could fail so hard.
Really you should have made this guy cost 9 mana, and have the same drawback. Been a 9/9 flying trample that makes the opponent discard three cards at random when it enters the battlefield. That would at least been able to protect itself.

That would be an absolutely terrible play. The only reason that would be a good move is if you needed an attack/blocker right now, and there were no creatures that you could target on their side. If you don't have enough creatures in your graveyard, sacrifice the creature you would have targetted with this, and then kill one of your opponent's creatures.
This card is quite awesome. I just don't really like the art. It looks too human for my liking, and it looks like he has no weapons. Does he just punch the crap out of you?
The way he looks, it almost seems like he was supposed to be a warlord or something, and then they decided they needed it to be a demon instead, so they covered his face with the fiery demon thing, and put wings in the background.

Demons aren't a good concept in my opinion, there are many angels out there that trump Demon cards.

At worst, a Murder for 5 mana for which you can trade off your lesser creatures each turn for a 5/6 flyer. At best well, I don't think I need to elaborate...
