This is actually a really cool effect, in my opinion. It makes things like Wind Drake and Air Elemental above the curve for Blue, and that's on top of it being a Wind Drake itself, which immediately makes it Limited playable.
This sounds like a fun casual card. Maybe even standard playable, but like so much else that depends on the support in Theros.

In set, makes Shadowborn Demon your 4 -drop. Out of set? Everything from Demons, to Angels, to Dragons, to Djinns, to whatever. Best use IMO is to leave the same amount of mana open that you saved, but keep it for counterspells.

Apparently, Flying "tribal" is more and more of a thing nowadays. Can't say I'm complaining, though, but it makes me wonder if other "evergreen" keywords are going to get "tribal" cards in the future, like maybe a Vigilance or Intimidate (I'd have preferred Fear, but apparently Intimidate is all the rage nowadays) "tribal" card? Or perhaps an entire set dedicated to "keyword tribal"? Who knows what may WotC be brewing.
