This plus Platinum Angel wins unless they have the multitude of non target creature kill (Edicts, Damnation, Wrath of God etc.....)

I do believe I just found the card to keep my Forge from being O-ringed.
I like Hanna's Custody too, but it prevents me from equipping my artifact creatures.

No it's not. Read what Platinum Angel does.
It doesn't prevent the controller from winning and their opponent to lose.

It's something like a counterspell in white against artifact destruction. None too bad. If I'm running and I have Leyline of Anticipation then I'd just as soon go with Flickering Ward for instant-speed protection for Platinum Angel or any other artifact creature. Note that Leyline of Anticipation would also allow this to be played at instant speed without the drawback.
Worst case? It's sideboard for artifact-hate decks. Not a terrible niche to hold in the Magic world.
Oh, and that Oracle text is rather awkward.

I prefer Hanna's Custody.

There's some bad math going on in these comments.
This + Platinum Angel = stalemate.

I'm pretty sure this is the first half of the Flavortext on Natural Order...
