Good in many different decks. My friend uses it in his Quest for the Goblin Lord-deck.

So.... If I kill my undying creature with this, does he return from the grave in time for me to proliferate his +1 counter?

@Fire_Hydrant: No, when this finishes resolving, your Undyer notices he's dead, goes to the graveyard during statebased actions, THEN his thing goes on the stack. In terms of the stack, lots of things could happen in the meantime.
