@Ghosta - the spell, as a whole, would be countered since there's no valid target at the time of resolution.

@Ghosta as I understand it, seeing as you said you had already chosen the color red, meaning it is too late to respond, as such you should get to Scry.

@Takno: Well that depends. Sometimes people declare things earlier than they technically should - "Clone your dragon" for example - so it's not assumable that the spell actually resolved.
@Ghosta: The real question is this: Was there ever a moment where this was on the stack and the target was not on the battlefield? If so, it fizzles entirely, so you don't scry. (If the opponent cast the removal spell "in response", there was.)

I swear to god, I will NEVER look at an untapped Plains the same way again.
This card can be SO frustrating. ><

Ok, so here is a question. I was playing a game against my wife last night. She uses a Theros deck and I have switched to a Nyx deck. I was playing with a deck of red and black minataurs I played a minataur shaman that when on the battlefield gives all minataurs deathtouch. My wife played God Willing and used it against black (the color of the shaman). I said that my red minataurs still had deathtouch. She disagrees. Who is right?

@Ghosta: From the rulings on the Details page for this card:
Scry appears on some spells and abilities with one or more targets. If all of the spell or ability’s targets are illegal when it tries to resolve, it will be countered and none of its effects will happen. You won’t scry.

@ekann123
The foil does look great, the various colors jump out.
