People, treat the Monstrosity as an optional bonus like a Kicker, not as the main event.
This is virtually {3}{B}{B} for a 2/5 deathtouch with Kicker {2} to destroy target creature, the downside being you have to play the unkicked version before you can play the kicked version.

High pick in limited. Already a very low removal set (and looking to be fairly slow), so I imagine she'll be both a pain to get past and a pain to stop from activating. Would have been great even at monsterous 0.
Not going outside limited obviously but who cares about that~

This card was solid in B/U control at prerelease. No one wants to attack into Deathtouch, and having murder stapled to it is WORTH IT in sealed. Seriously. With all the monstrous running around, a no-fuss kill - essentially a two-for-one with the deathtouch - is very playable in a format lacking good removal.

A 2/5 deathtouch for five is pretty bad already. Giving it a monstrous cost with mana that could instead give you a Butcher of Malakir, a Kalitas, Lord of the Void, or even Phage. You can't justify, at all, monstrous being a good effect on this card.
