Yes, the Greek gods were dicks.
Also this is a pretty good board sweeper. Annihilating Fire for everyone!

Kills most aggressive threats, save Loxodon Smiter, and allows you to maintain board presence with 4 toughness dudes such as Frostburn Weird and Nivix Cyclops.

I'm not even a control player and I appreciate that this card exists. A cheap sweeper is something the game has been missing for a while, and a damage-based exile effect is just gravy, to be honest. To be completely honest, it feels like this card is a little late to the party, but what the heck. It'll give slower decks yet another weapon against fast-paced players like me.

Why settle for the wrath of just one god?

Solid board wipe. Very pleased. Reminds me a lot of Slagstorm, which is a good thing to remind someone of. It's no Pyroclasm, but it'll see so much standard play that it doesn't even matter.

An improved Slagstorm. Sure, it can't hit players, but this is quite an answer to weenie decks and Voice of Resurgence and its token horde, and the Voice won't even leave a token behind afterward.
