Hey, with enchantment creatures hitting the field and auras being a theme, he's not all that bad. Still bad, but not terrible.

We get it, Wizards. Red can't deal with enchantments. Your indications are not subtle.

This could be a very solid sideboard card in Boros. I like that it will add to your devotion.

Even in an Enchantment set, such as this one, this creature is thoroughly "meh".

It'd have been nice if either the sac cost was replaced with tapping (though that'd probably have been too powerful for a common), or the destroy was upgraded to exile. Still an okay card, although the ability seems to be a bit overcosted.

Great for an aggressive Boros deck that wants to deal with the sets many enchantments, but wants an option for early board presence.

I love the little hints at the coming sets - they've hinted that there are going to be ten lesser multicolored gods. Could Iroas be the white red? In terms of flavor destroy target enchantment is interesting for the worshiper of a god. Is he militant against the others? Destroy won't do anything against the gods, but it will harm their helpers.

I can't believe I drafted 3 copies for a mono-red deck last Friday, for no better reason than that I knew I'd previously tended to draft too few creatures and skew my mana curve too far right. Even for a red/white deck, I should've stuck with Akroan Crusader even if I couldn't get Favored Hoplite or Soldier of the Pantheon.
