I'm not sure how good this card is, but it will make for fun politics!
Play Zedruu, curse someone, give it to someone else!
If anything, it will speed up the game by encouraging attacking, and allowing people to burn through their library for needed cards.

It triggers once per an attack. Doesn't matter how many creatures you attack with, you just get the ability once.
As a true curse deck will have almost no creatures (sans bitterheart witch, which costs 5), this ability is nearly worthless... for you. But Most people will probably crush your very poor curse deck the second they're through perfecting their hand.
