I like that you can just mess with people.
Swap one opponent's Master of Waves for another's Demonic Hordes, sit back, and enjoy the show.

This could be dirty with Kher Keep.

Another new friend for Mimic Vat. You get to keep their creature and in exchange, they get a token that dissolves at the end of the turn.

So sad it is non-legendary only. Otherwise, this would have been AMAZING tech for Karona.

The fact that you can use this to pit two opponents against one another by making them swap creatures makes this a lot of fun.

Hey, you want this Steel Golem? I'll gladly give it to you for that ugly little Worldspine Wurm you have there. No strings attached!

A tad expensive, but it's a sturdy blocker and you can activate its ability after doing so, since its ability is only restricted for combat and not to sorcery speed. (Would have been frustratingly good without that restriction.)

But a repeated creature exchange each turn can be quite powerful, and also get somewhat political in Commander, where this card shines the most.
Too bad it can't target legendary creatures, but that's not surprising since Wizards likely didn't want this guy to snatch commanders.

He's also another decent card on top of your library for Skill Borrower.

Another great card for Zedruu decks she always needs more repeatable donate cards.

Wow. Imagine this in a token deck; my 1/1 goblin for your Blightsteel Colossus. And next turn, A 1/1 Spirit for your Bloodgift Demon. And then...

"Hey guys, I have a great idea! Let's give it a really *** non-combat clause so that it can't be used with IT'S OWN COMMANDER!" (Derevi)

"Yeah, that's a GREAT Idea! I love it!"

...To be fair, being able to remove one attacker from combat every turn would be terribly broken. But I'm positive that Wizards could have gone around that extremely easily.
