oh yeah. I'm not sure if Nekusar/Jeleva have the best deck (pretty sure they DON'T actually), but they do give you some of the *clearest* "Build-Around" commanders and some very good/important Reprints to power things.

I think Jeleva and Nekusar in particular are two of the easiest to Rebuild, especially if you have Riku's or Zedruu's deck from 2011

Oh this would have been so dumb in theros (mono blue devotion). Drop your cloudfin raptors, judges familiars, tidebinders and then use this to go back to a big hand. Even gives 2 devotion.
