This creature is the most dark horse creature in EDH.

Repeatable "removal" that can target any creature, that also allows it to abuse EtB effects (For Example, if you stay in White/Blue, Captain of the Watch) and protect itself is nothing to scoff at.

I had a match against 2 others with my Phelddagrif deck, and I won thanks to this and Prophet of Kruphix. Since I had untapped mana at each turn, I could always save both of them from Wrath of God's and other damaging spells. In the end, I milled myself and Laboratory Maniac'd (AKA the only way I win with that deck).

Long story short, this is definitely a creature you should include in most Blue/White/+ decks.
