Kills planeswalker and could be manipulated with mana, in some situations even better than Deed.

Oblivion Stone is better mainly because after you activate it's last ability no opponent can disenchant it, unlike plague boiler's last ability; still this is a very good card and if you're in you can run both - they work really well in a Glissa, the traitor deck.

Hey Rookies: THIS CARD IS CHEAPER THAN OBLIVION STONE. If you have to wipe the board more than once a game, you're not deckbuilding good enough.
