Forget sacrificing the Kobolds to Prossh. Use them to attack! Drop Beastmaster Ascension and you've got 40 damage when all seven of your creatures swing.
With Prossh as your commander, use Food Chain for unlimited Kobolds AND unlimited mana (if you choose) and take out every opponent at once with a massive Kobold army (and something to make them do damage)!
The sheer amount of things you can do with these Kobolds is astounding (I won't list them all, would take all day). UNLEASH THE FURY OF THE KOBOLDS!

So if it says "When you CAST Prossh" Does that mean even if it gets countered, you'll still get the Kobolds? I'd imagine so because if you look at Young Pyromancers rulings, it says you get the token before it even resolves, plus it says cast. If this is true, then this is possibly the best General and most insane. My friend had Ogre Battledriver out and it was not fun. Rediculous and fun commander.

Yeah, you can buff up your kobolds, but then they have to actually HIT them. I say slap down a Raid Bombardment early on and a Fervor if you got it, then swing with all of 'em, hit for 6, then sac them all to this big guy here to give him +6/+0.
