Certainly worth it in Commander decks with few colors that don't run many other lands that produce colorless or conditional mana like this card itself.
In that format, you have excellent odds to draw this once you already have met the five land criteria.

Best run only one of these in any deck format. Nothing worse than playing this card as your fourth land... Well, I suppose not getting a land...

Scapeshift/crop rotation? You can either fetch it once you have 5 lands or sac it because you only have a couple.
