Never underestimate such huge, repeatable card draw. It pretty much costs you a turn, though...

It's a little weird, don't you think?
You spend buttloads of mana so you can then cast something... but you don't have that mana because you spent it using this.
I won't argue that this can be effective... but as DaLucaray said, you're going to waste a turn using this.

This is the tower I like to read my Venser's Journal in. Gets really comfortable.

Great late game card when you're stalled out. No cards in hand and 15 mana on the board, 8 mana for 4 cards suddenly doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

No problem here.
The Foil of this card is amazing.

Rings of Brighthearth can make this be 10 mana for 8 cards. If you go for big draw that spends your whole turn, might as well go all the way? :P

This card goes perfectly in an elvish tribal deck.
Green lacks card draw but has insane mana (especially with elves).
Most of the time in an elvish tribal, your hand will be transferred to the board within a couple turns and you'll have to start topdecking... until you draw and play one of these babies that is... then the fun can really start.
