The artwork is great. Much better than the previous version. This illustrates the regenerate ability and is not a dark still life.
The card is on curve, a 3/1 for 4 that regenerates for colorless mana is acceptable.

That art is cleverly and skillfully done. The card itself could be a lot worse, too: it's a reusable, threatening blocker that goes in any deck that might need one. Little on the expensive side, unfortunately.

Regenerating artifacy... Not terrible, but definitely not good. 3/5 since you really don't have much regenerate when you want an artifact deck.
