Flitterstep Eidolon is the spirit of the children the Weeping Woman led astray. They were taken easily by her, led from their families and into the twilight between life and death, and after being freed into the afterlife, their Eidolon's scamper and play, unfettered by anything in their way.

The fact that Nimbus Naiad was just in THS makes this card that much worse. The bestow cost is already high, and then the Naiad gives almost as good evasion for 1 cheaper and better stats. On that note, did blue really need two evasion bestow creatures?

Also, it really hurts that blue doesn't get a smaller bestow cost than 4Blue.

This really does combo incredibly well with ninjas. As for the card, consider the bestow just a nice bonus. If you draw this late game you can always throw it on your biggest creature.
