- Repeatable
- Can be used instant speed
- The ability can target your own creatures, including itself, for the untap effect (for both blocking & Inspired)
- Spell conversion! Late game Eye Gouges, Spark Jolts, and other removal can be used on the Conscr... Glowing Ball man... to trigger it again.
So many options! Love it!

I like the card but the artwork is giving my vorthos danger sense tingles. If the Con***or is the mage why is the con***ed creature an Akroan soldier? This is clearly an Akroan card - and if the con***ing guy is the akroan soldier how the hell is he making the mage fight for them? I would rather have seen a minotaur dressed as an Akroan soldier with a mage behind or something that actually makes sense. :P

I really like this card, but I use Act of Treason over this in my sac control. The fact that his ability is repeatable is great. The fact that he costs five mana and isn't shockproof means if your deck can't protect him, he's more of a liability then a benefit. He's much better to build a deck around, where the necessity to buff him can double as your mid-game creature removal mechanic.

This is a really cool card. Ray of Command is a rare effect to see in the modern era.
Wait for an opponent to declare attackers, then steal one and have it block another, hopefully killing both of their dudes. Steal inspired untaps. Plus everything Vogie listed. This is a lot trickier than all the sorcery speed Threaten effects we've seen lately. I'm sure it'll generate some great stories and unexpected blowouts.
