With this going at about $1.50 and Sign in Blood at About $0.15, multicoloured decks are sure to appreciate the reprint.
Flavourwise, I kind of like that Vraska can't use this to force other players to draw cards. She's not a mind-mage, so it seems suitable that she's able to trade life for knowledge, but that she's unable to mentally attack other planeswalkers that way.
