Since the battle between Jace and Vraska is presumably taking place on Ravnica, it's a little disappointing to see that this card wasn't given new art. The Mercadian setting in this artwork feels so unrelated to the rest of the battle.

All the same, he'll help to tip the scales in Vraska's favour, and I can imagine many a Jace player feeling divided on whether or not they want to bounce this guy. A solid common, and it helps to maintain Vraska's criminal theme.
