A Man-o-War with evasion that can resist being discarded by being trapped in time actually seems rather logical to use against black. Kudos, design team.

Not only is this guy in the ever-important Illusion tribe, but his suspension serves a very unique purpose against Vraska's deck.
Since the Vraska player is going to be able to watch the Cloudskate tick down, they're likely going to be very hesitant to play Vraska the Unseen, lest she should get bounced away before she can become useful. This is great news for the Jace player since there are so few ways to effectively deal with Vraska beyond beating her down with creature damage (not a fantastic idea with Vraska's +1 floating around).
In the case that there isn't anything on the other side of the field worth bouncing, you can always bounce an Archaeomancer, Body Double, Jace's Mindseeker, or even the Cloudskate itself for extra value.
The real beauty of Jace's deck is that each card can be used in so many different ways that no two matches will ever be the same. Ought to be a great time come March.
