It's awesome to see this in Jace's deck rather than Mind Control.
Although I've had many great games with both cards, it was always nerve-wracking to see a Turn 3 creature hit the other side of the battlefield with nothing but Mind Control in my hand to answer it with. Even without haste, that beater has time to smash face before you steal it, and Turn 3 is often about the time that creatures start to get particularly threatening. It only gets worse if you're on the draw.
Dropping a steal effect just one turn earlier often makes the difference between taking initiative and taking damage, so I'm sure I'm not the only one who looks forward to using this against the Vraska deck this March.

Seeing this reprinted again so soon isn't terribly exciting. Nonetheless, good to see it appear outside of a commander deck.

Because they do so much for just one card. Four mana is a steal for this card. You're getting a creature (which sometimes costs waay more to cast than Control Magic does), your opponent is losing a creature and, usually, it leaves you with the strongest creature on the battlefield. It can completely overturn a game's board state with a single casting. It's Blue removal that ignores the Indestructible rule and provides you with a potential finisher. All for 2UU! There's a reason Mind Control is basically this but harder to cast.

I literally ordered this card as a single two days before the Duel Deck spoiler listed all the cards. How was I supposed to know it would end up in a Duel Deck, of all places? Great card, and I am only out two bucks. Can't wait for mid-March now.
