With all of Vraska's Deathtouchers, this card should lead to some pretty amazing trickblocks.
Although the tapping is nice for keeping up the beatdown pace of Jace's deck, I personally believe that it's the instant speed that makes this card so powerful. Having just one of these in your deck is enough to make that other player doubt themselves in every single combat phase.
Most players count on losing a creature to a killspell in combat, some players might even count on a blocker being flashed into combat, but few players ever expect to lose an attacker and gain a blocker from the same spell. It's always surprising, and that's what makes it so fun.
Somewhere, somebody is going to steal one of Vraska's Assassin tokens and swing for game with it, and for a single fleeting moment, that individual will become a god o_o
