I think everybody realized that this card was made for Vraska's Assassin tokens even back during the original RTR block. Still, it does far more than that in her deck.

Making your Ohran Viper or Spawnwrithe unblockable for a turn can cause some serious problems for the Jace player, and if Jace, Architect of Thought ever hits the table, you can just swing at him with an unblockable beater regardless of whether he's got blockers up or not.

Beyond that, you can even use the Passage's ability to target Jace's Phantasmal Bear and Phantasmal Dragon to kill them outright. The best part is, Jace has literally zero spells in his deck that can interact with lands in any way!

So much utility bundled into one card, a wonderful addition to Vraska's deck.
