sure there are some funny 'combos' in standard, but he will really shine in EDH, like Prophet of Kruphix, he may see some fringe play in stardard but is meant for other formats.

Living the dream would be Profane Commanding someone to death for 2 mana though, lol

Obviously this is good, but it would have been funnier with Shroud. "Hey! Did you just touch me? All right, you can touch me... once."

So I have been lurking here for years and finally decided to make an account to give back to this awesome community. Here is a LARGE list of cards I believe this card makes better.

My personal favorite is that Profane Command now says {B}{B}, giving/targeting all creatures on the field to give them fear for free, target creature gets -x/-x until end of turn where x equals the number of creatures on the field or return a creature from your graveyard to the battlefield whose CMC is less than the number of creatures on the battlefield or deal x damage to target player where x equals the number of creatures on the battlefield.

I see people have already noticed the implications of this card and multi kickers like Comet Storm and Strength of the Tajuru however this card has even more implications then that. Both Incremental Growth and Incremental Blight now just cost {G}... (see all)

Comet Storm: because the Izzet specialize in unnatural disaster. Not to mention Aurelia's Fury (for value) and Boulderfall (for giggles).

This is a far more entertaining card than I originally read it as. Sure, Strive costs, whatever, but making all your removal cheaper as well as helping you play fun cards like Strength of the Tajuru is super cool.

Curse of the Swine can now exile the entire board and turn them into 2/2 Boars... for 2 blue mana.
