Watch out for this thing! It's got huge damage output. It only fits in one Standard deck ever: RDW, where the only plan is to get them down to ~10 within 3-4 turns, have this in play, watch them struggle to deal with your creatures while taking damage for each (fast) spell they cast, then unleash all your burn spells on them to finish them off. Don't worry about taking damage yourself - if this card often kills you before it kills them, that simply means you need to make your deck faster. If you're fast enough, most of the time you win with your life total untouched anyway, and in all those games dealing 4-6 damage to yourself won't lose you the game. However, this card allows you to win some games you otherwise could not have won.

Whenever a player plays a Legacy deck, Eidolon of the Great Revel deals to damage to them.

Whip of Erebos, then you can play whatever you want. I would suggest mixing it with Grim Guardian personally.

So, casting low CMC spells = not partying hard enough
Clearly, this fella wants us all to go big or go home... no wallflowers at the Great Revel!
