HOORAY! An actual excuse to play my two favourite colours with my favourite tribe!

I don't need to tell you this card is good, but I'll do it anyway. A great body for its cost considering other spiders (not too many solid 3-drops in that tribe, and certainly not many with 2 power), a graveyard engine AND a stapled-on Treasured Find? Plus, it just looks fantastic in the frame.

The immediate deck I want to build with this is a Spider Spawning tribal deck. Cycle Jungle Weaver, mill spiders with Mulch and Grisly Salvage and this fellow, then cast a Spider Spawning for sizeable numbers of tokens.

Between Doomwake Giant, Eidolon of Blossoms, Grim Guardian, and Pharika, God of Affliction, GB Enhantress is looking viable in standard, or at least casual. Nyx Weaver helps as well, and synergizes with Pharika. With enough mana, two Eidolons and Pharika can become a major draw engine.

Really disappointed that JOU didn't give standard dredge the support it needed to become a real competitive deck.

On the bright side, the maggot and this spider certainly do fit into that deck nicely.

Accidentally mill your whip?

Is there a bomb in your graveyard?

Need more gas for self milling?

This card does it all, so expect to see at least one or two of these things mainboard.
