You've got a Draco here, and an Emrakul there, high CMC for the Stormchaser everywhere!

Like Spellbound Dragon, but scry is a great benefit, albeit costly.

And unlike Spellbound Dragon, you can activate this ability while blocking as well.

Probably one of the coolest looking chimeras from Theros.
As for that ability, I suppose it's pretty good in limited, but 4 mana is a bit steep.
