Mishra's Bauble is slightly better, in my opinion.
Yet both cards are interesting artifacts to trigger some cip or "pig" effects or - by accepting some disadvantage - shrinking the deck size.

Exactly what Mode said, plus, now I get to see what pesky spells my opponent has up his sleeve in case he's thinking about using a counter spell or in case I don't want my strongest creature getting Dark Banishing'd right away... or something similar to that.
