Sometimes you hold out for a reprint and then it happens. It's great that it happened before the M15 card frame change!

I don't even know how to use this card effectively, but I want it regardless.

In EDH particularly, Flash and Instant-speed effects are invaluable. Your big threats have to survive three or four other players' turns who know just as well as you do how dangerous they are.
