This card can funeral-march itself right into the dumpster of never-used cards when taking a look at more effective spells like Diabolic Edict, Chainer's Edict or Cruel Edict.

On the other hand, since this is an Enchantment, there might be some narrow use of this card for combos which won't work with aforementioned edicts.

@Mode: There are certainly combo uses, and I wouldn't even call them narrow. For example, Retether in an Enchantress deck.

It also has some very nice synergy with Mark of Eviction.
