Mind Twist was too powerful.
This is perhaps 1 mana too much of a nerf.

Mind Twist and Mind Shatter are random discard of 
cards, whereas this is discard of cards selected by caster.
If you've gonna get all of their hand then Mind Twist/Shatter is better, but if you've only geting part of the hand then this is better.
