If someone tries to Lightning Bolt him, cast Shields of Velis Vel in response (targetting your opponent) to exile all of your opponent's creature tokens... yeah it's narrow. You can also just use those 0/1 creatures as sacrifice outlets.

I disagree with the errata'd "Creature- Human type. It should be "Creature- Adviser", implying that while not all of Baron Sengir's autocrats are human, they are all advisers.
