It has a somewhat interesting synergy with Sword of the Meek.
When the Poltergeist enters, the Sword returns and makes him a 2/3.
Then in your opponent's turn you can turn the Artifact intro a 2/2 creature (which will unattach the Sword from it - you can of course use the ability to unattach equipment in genral) and sacrifice it for whatsoever.
This way the Sword can be used as additional creature saccing fuel whenever a 1/1 creature enters each turn.
And it can also have great use for destroying your opponent's 
-mana artifacts, like artifact lands such as Seat of the Synod, Moxes, Engeneered Explosives or Chalice of the Void.
Overall I like this guy regarding combos more than Karn's Touch.
