What do you mean? The card doesn't mention "normal characteristics" at all. It clearly says "all characteristics".

Ahh, the old-style Magic wording. Caused so much confusion and questions whenever Clone was played. 'Normal characteristics'? What, exactly, are those?

@tavaritz: READ THE CARD! The exact wording used on the card is "all normal characteristics".

Gotta love clone effects. The funny thing is that this guy and his imitators are the only way to get non-token saprolings outside of changing a creature's creature type. Nice!
