one more toughness isn't really worth the trouble, assumed that you'll use use this in a deck with a blue splash.

Interesting card, flavor wise. Couldv'e been stronger though, no question about that.

For its time, this is slightly above the curve in a color that is not used to having flying creatures. The drawback can be pretty problematic, but I guess it's a good card for what it is, though I would probably rather run a burn spell than this.

Sometimes, a 2/3 for {2}{R} with flying is just too powerful.
