Now, now, Craw Giant, the proper term is "dwarves".
He's really expensive and green-intensive for a pretty low-toughness guy with trampling rampage, which may seem cool, but it's not.

No, Dwarves are a non-human race, midgets is a non-race-specific term for short people, and thus would be the proper term.
This guy isn't from Earth, the "proper term" is what would be correct on his world.

I miss Rampage... Sure, most of the cards with it were underpowered, but hey, most of the creatures back then were underpowered anyway, so that's no surprise.
This guy would probably be a 6/6 Trample, Rampage: 2 for 3GGG these days.
