Probably the most useful of the pulses.

It's like a different take on Call of the Herd.
Useful for that casual G/U control deck you've always wanted to build.

A reusable 3/3 for 3 is great in my books. And creatures are also at sorcery speed, but they aren't reusable, even with a catch.

As said before 3/3 for 3 mana is solid, especially if you can reuse it.
Keeper of the Beasts does something very similar:
She lets you produce a 2/2 beast if you tap him for as long as you control less creatures than your opponent.
Downside is you have to wait a turn and hope that she doesn't get destroyed, and her beasts are smaller. Upside is reusing her ability is very cheap and comes handy with a sac outlet (e.g. Ravenous Baloth) And she also has a solid 2/1 body for two mana.
In tribal decks they can both come in handy, e.g. for drawing cards with Wirewood Savage.
Pulse of the Tangle allows a broader use since the "Hill Giants" it makes will also trigger Garruk's Packleader.

This cycle feels like it could have fit New Phyrexia with flavor for the Mirrans~ with the whole better when behind theme.

This is working beautiful. I ramp like crazy in a beast deck. The bigger more efficient beasts (like Leatherback) can hold the early game or draw removal. If I start getting swarmed I can usually drop 2-3 beasts in a turn without losing a card!
Staying in the game has never been so easy ;).
