It's not good, but it's not bad either. You can sac it off a 1/1 chump that got blocked by a 3/3 to give everything you've got +1/+1, so Saprolings/insects/squirrels can win with it. Extra stars for putting Vigor's horns on your creature.

Great card in a budget Elf deck. Can't say I like the artwork much.
