They should have banned this card. One mana for zero casting cost? Uncounterable?? A staple in Tolarian Blue, Prosbloom, Big Blue, and for using the Blue Power 9?! R&D really dropped the ball on this one...

Probably my favorite Island art for the whole game. I'd ask for a reprint of the art, but it doesn't really match the current aesthetic.
