A little bit better than it looks, just because it can be a 2/2 flier for 3, the limited firebreathing does make it a lot weaker for agressive decks.

If you think about it as a 2/2 flier for 3 with an upkeep cost of 1R it's obviously crap. Obviously it's optional but still a terrible card

I'd like them to reprint this, honestly. It's not a powerful card, but I love the art and the way the card is. It really should have had full firebreathing, though.
