Rares like this keep things interesting - while one touch is all it needs to kill you, you need to plan a deck and strategy around how to get that one hit. Cards like Shizo, Death's Storehouse and Shadow Rift just beg to be used to enable this game-winning strategy. I love the effect she has on the game - the minute she hits the board everyone needs to immediately figure out what to do with her.

@divine exodus: Long story short, the Cabal Patriarch.
In the books she was accidentally created by Braids when she tried to kill Jeska, all at the request of the Cabal Patriarch. Phage later served as the lieutenant of the Patriarch during the war between the Cabal/Kamahl and the forces of Ixidor and Akroma, eventually being combined with Akroma and Zagorka (a character in the books mentioned no where else) into Karona, the embodiment of dominarian magic.
Gotta love the books, they make the flavor so much more interesting.

Silliness aside, I think that when they lose the first time, they are no longer in the game and thus combat with them/their creatures ceases after the First Strike Combat Step (when someone gets priority) and thus the opponent loses right there. Your second strike never hits I'm fairly sure.
This is actually relevant btw! Because if you have Lifelink or similar, you'll only get the first hit (not both) when it comes to multiplayer.

Give her a Loxodon Warhammer late game. She is also a zombie, so in an Extended zombie deck her cost is reduced by Undead Warchief and Zombie Trailblazer can make her unblockable. Sick.
And her character is amazing in the story.
