You can also use it against reanimator or flashback decks.

It's like the poor man's version of Timetwister.

Still, I would probably use this in a blue deck if I could find a good combo.

Underpowered to say the least. I'd recommend decking an Eldrazi or Feldon's Cane before this one. If you need graveyard hate, there are better options that work at instant speed which is important if you want to cack their reanimation spells.
