My most-used deck is red and green, and relies on the red for creature removal. A friend of mine loves to cast these things, and then pile enchantments on them. About all I can do about them is hope to catch one with a Giant Growthed blocker, or wait for one of my Tranquilities.

Weird...why didn't get this guy the creature type "Artificer" as well with the Grand Creature Type Update?

Blacksmiths aren't truly artificers. They forge weapons, they don't assemble trinkets.

Who said artifice has anything to do with trinkets? If he makes things from raw materials he's an artificer, plain and simple.
