Why is this rated so low? If every creature you control is an artifact creature, then this card basicly says "All creatures you control gain flying until end of turn". Sure, this is only useful in artifact-creature-heavy decks, but giving all creatures you control flying for 3 mana is great.

Put this card out with something like Mycosynth Lattice and you have the makings for an insane flying army of whatever you choose.

Oh wow this card is terrible. Maybe Wizards overestimed the power of flight with terible cards like this and Jump.
