Aside from doubling tricks (doubling and then doubling again, etc.) this card isn't really that nasty by today's standards. Sure, doubling power and giving trample is great, but the creature would probably just eat instant speed removal anyway. Better than Giant Growth on the attack, but weaker in some ways since the creature dies at EoT.
IMHO, I'd like to see them reprint this... I wonder if it would even see much play outside of Limited if they did. Good card, though.

That ridiculous comment aside, obviously this is one of the strongest Green cards ever printed. It also happens to be the best removal spell in Green. Easy 5/5.
