It doesn't require combat damage, so you could combo it with a Timchantment like Hermetic Study, Psionic Gift or Arcane Teachings. It would work great because you could use it on your own creatures as they go to the graveyard in addition to your opponents creatures as they go to the graveyard. You can even ping a guy, sacrifice it and still get it back. A very powerful effect.
With that in mind, it can be an even more effective two-card combo than a Tim with a Charisma in the right deck. And, it has morph. And, it is a vampire from before vampires were hyper-efficient infringes on white creatures.
And, also... Well, the art is racy as hell. It demands to be mentioned and appreciated.

I think the point is to have your opponent block or attack into the 2/2 token only to turn it into a 3/4 flying for it's morph cost and get their creature in return.

Somehow I like her, but she is still weak. A 2/2 for 3 and 3 more to morph... six mana in total for a 3/4 flyer who might in rare cases steal a creature. Hmmm....
@ TheSwarm: at least the untapped ones. And only the flyers, the non-flying creatures your opponent has wouldn't be able to block her.
