Not strictly awesome like Wheel of Fortune, but definitely more powerful in the right deck. Makes things like Niv-Mizzet and Psychosis Crawler very happy.

Too situational. This is good if you only have land in hand or if the opponent just mulliganed down to four. Normally red mage empties their hand so fast that they have nothing to draw after this.
