If you are going to play this card I would suggest playing Demon's Horn instead. Even though it costs less to get out on the field it will probably end up costing you more in the end.

It gets reprinted constantly. It's really superfluous, and not worth the deck space for the limited life gain. The Darksteel cycle (cards like Angel's Feather) is superior, in my opinion, and even those are only passable at best.

@SGLinkmaster You're wrong, if you're gonna play this card, it can't actually be for the awful ability, has to be because the card is cool, despite sucking, and in that case, this is strictly more awesome in art and flavor on every printing than Demon's Horn.
